Position: Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
Support engineering activities for semiconductor equipment design and development
Design and Produce 2D & 3D drawing for Part and Module
Documentation for assembly, like assembly procedure / work instruction
BOM and model layout maintenance
Support manufacturing issue and ensure factory / subcontract delivery
Support engineer prototyping and evaluation
Support customer service in field
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Familiarity with project management and workflows
Knowledge in GD&T, DFM and DFA, experience in semiconductor / precision engineering / automation industry
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong skill in 2D & 3D CAD operation
Communication capability with all levels
Possess a creative mindset to identify and problem solving skills
Planning and organising
Data organization skills
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in spoken and written English required
Position: Electronic Engineer
Responsibilities
To research, develop, test and troubleshoot electronic components and systems for semiconductor equipment
Design and Implement new electronic control module to improve system performance
Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrade or modification to improve system reliability
Perform components integration, system levels testing and optimization and documentation of schematic diagrams and product information
Work with team members through different phases of development to ensure project can be completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget
Participate in field testing to evaluate performance of new system or prototype build
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/degree in engineering course (Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or Mechanical)
At least 2-5 years relevant experience in Semiconductor industry
Familiarity with project management and workflows
Relevant technical knowledge in equipment troubleshooting.
Knowledge in firmware modification of microcontroller and motor driver is a plus
Electronics troubleshooting.
Knowledge in Windows and PC applications

Position: Field Support Engineer
Responsibilities
To support new development and working alongside with team members
Support implementation of new features and developments
To work closely with Internal team in developing new features and applications to meet customers’ requirements
Perform internal and on-site testing for newly developed software and hardware
Provide assistance/support to Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing team
Required to travel to customer sites for set up, testing and troubleshooting of the equipment
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
To understand customer requirements and review customer SPECS before hand over to sales team
Perform Machine Buy-off and Standard Setup verification, carry out troubleshooting, calibration and installation of equipment as assigned.
Perform Machine Qualifications in customer site, provide reports (GR&R, VR&R and Pre-qualification buyoff)
Provide training to customer and new staff.
Proactively cross train and work towards achieving department and company goals

Requirements

Position: Software Engineer
Responsibilities
To work on sophisticated mechanical/ electrical/ vision/ optical systems
Responsible for full lifecycle of development. From gathering requirements specifications, through analysis, design, implementation, test, and to support.
Analyse problems to access root cause, collect and characterize data to gain understanding of system behaviour.
Perform or lead product design, system analysis and programming activities.
This includes designing and building GUI, data flow, motion control, and factory integration.
Plan machine operation process and coordinate with other cross-functional software engineers/teams, such as field application engineers, communication, automation and machine vision teams
Source code and version control, documentation for the development
Includes limited travel to customer sites.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic/Information/Automation Engineering or Computer Science
Experience in automation system or machine vision system development.
Semiconductor industry exposure.
Experience in SEMI factory Automation, SECS/GEM.
Experience in Strip Mapping / Wafer Mapping.
Good programming skills and style, esp. in object oriented programming, preferred C/C++ programming for Windows
Well understanding of the object oriented system design, modularization and design pattern
Strong experience in one GUI framework, such as MFC, wxWidget and etc
Software interfacing with hardware devices
Communication capability with all levels
Proactive, highly motivated, self-directed, able to function within a fast-paced environment, and fast learner
Proficiency in spoken and written English required
